Mr. John Morgan Provine of Lebanon, Tennessee, age 80 passed away on August 31, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Hospital Nashville.
In observance of the CDC guidelines, and in light of the COVID-19 Delta Virus Variant we are still practicing 6-foot social distancing.
Visitation will be walk through only.
