Paul Edward Dedman, age 79 of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday morning, May 2, 2024 at his residence.
Born Aug. 8, 1944 in Wilson County, he was the son of the late Troy Edward Dedman and Mary Beatrice Webber Dedman.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Ethan Keith. Paul was a machinist and welder and enjoyed farming.
He was a graduate of Lebanon High School and a member of the Lebanon First Baptist Church.
Paul is survived by his wife, Janice Brewer Dedman; children, Tim (Tina) Dedman of Lebanon, Tony (Wendy) Dedman of Lebanon, John Dedman of Valparaiso, FL, Karen (Joe) Baltimore of Morrisville, NC, Toni (Casey) Stevens of Lafayette, Jenny (Brian) Keith of Lebanon; grandchildren, Chance Dedman, Amber (Xavier) Rodrigues, Amber (Michael) Calles, Haley (Justin) Cowley, Brittney Dedman, Nathan and Andrew Dickens, Rachel Baltimore, Shannon (Charlie) McClanahan, Lacy (Joseph) Gregory, Gabe Keith; several great-grandchildren; his sister, Davene Tomlinson of Lebanon.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2024 at the Lebanon First Baptist Church with Rev. David Freeman officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. till service time on Monday. Interment will be at Barton’s Creek Cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
