Mrs. Dorothy Anna Frazier of Lebanon, Tennessee, age 73 passed away on September 4, 2021 at Vanderbilt Wilson Hospital.
In observance of the CDC guidelines, and in light of the COVID-19 Delta Virus Variant we are still practicing 6-foot social distancing.
