William Paul Smith went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 27, 2021.
He was preceded in death by parents, William and Doxie Smith; wife, Maggie Smith; and sister, Carolyn Azbill.
He is survived by children, William Paul Smith Jr., Karrie Smith and Tara Smith; grandchildren, Jada Smith and Bella Smith; siblings, Dorothy Clark and family, Melba (John) Smith and family, Rick Smith and family, Deborah (Steve) Higginbotham and family; and brother-in-law, Jack Azbill and family.
Mr. Smith worked in construction and was a Vietnam Navy Veteran.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the Partee House, 233 West Main St. from 10 a.m.-10:45 a.m. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
