Wayne Lee passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at age 73.
Carl Wayne Lee was born in Lancaster KY to Helen Gertrude Buchanan Lee and Wade Gilbert Lee.
He was an equipment operator in construction for more than 40 years. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 369 until his retirement. Wayne enjoyed music, sports, racing, cars, and telling stories.
Mr. Lee is survived by his wife Charlotte Yarbrough Lee; children: Carl Lee (Melissa), Brandy (Brooks) Freeman, and Clint Lee (Alexandria); grandchildren: Jasmine (Chase) Meador, Devon High, Summer Lee, Madison Lackey, Kaleigh Race, Kelsey (Jarvis) Jenkins, Mallory Race, Avery Lee, Colin Freeman, and Kathryn Freeman; great-grandchildren: Willow-Kate Reeves, Ivy Jenkins, Saint Jenkins, Kamri Meador, Navy Meador. and Kannan Hulse; siblings: Doris Kay (Gill) Crouch and Charlie Lee; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Helen and Gilbert Lee and sister Christina Ray.
The Memorial Service is at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Crossroads Fellowship (7860 Linwood Rd), Lebanon TN.
