Mrs. Marjorie Bibb Winfree, age 90 of Lebanon passed away Monday, October 21, 2024, at the Alive Hospice Residence in Murfreesboro.
Born March 13, 1934, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Flem and Minnie Boykin Bibb.
She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, and over the past several years, had been attending the churches her son-in-law pastored.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty five years, Kenneth Winell “Jack” Winfree; son, Kenny Winfree; sister, Frances Bibb and infant brothers: Eugene and Flem Bibb III.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Maleah (Greg) Bell; daughter-in-law, Kathy Winfree; four grandchildren: Justin (Nicki) Bell, Keith Winfree, Erin (Kyle) Comer, and Lauren (Tyler) Michaels; great-grandchildren: J. J., Kylie and Dani Bell, and Kelsie and Katelyn Comer, J. T. Michaels and another one due in March; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Marjorie Bibb Winfree will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 25, 2024, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Caruth officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation Thursday from 4-7 PM and Friday after 10 AM at Ligon & Bobo.
