Ed Harris, age 66, of Lebanon TN, passed away on June 22, 2025.
The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on July 12 p.m. from 5-6 p.m.
Roy Edward “Ed” Harris was born in Lebanon TN to H. Elizabeth McDonald Harris and Roy Harris. He served in the U.S. Army and later married his sweetheart, Faye Timbs. Ed and Faye loved to dance and they actually met at the square dance. They enjoyed spending time with each other and their family. Ed spent most of his free time bass fishing.
Mr. Harris is survived by his wife of 42 years, Faye Harris; children: Robbie (Angelene) Timbs, Connie (Monica Stone) Timbs, and Michael (Lisa) Timbs; grandchildren: Joey Timbs, Jeremy (Alyssa) Timbs, Triston (Erin) Timbs, and Jake Timbs; and 7 great-grandchildren; siblings: Johnny (Becky) Harris, Carolyn (Bobby) Butler, and Burnis Hackney; many beloved nieces and nephews; and 2 special cats: Sissy and Missy. He is preceded in death by parents Elizabeth and Roy Harris and brother Dorris Harris.
The family extends special thanks to Jenny Baldwin, Alive Hospice and all the nurses that helped the family get through this difficult time.
