Eva Mae Leslie, passed away at the age of 97, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.
Eva is preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Leona Odum; Husband, Charles Leslie Jr; daughter, Evie Hoogie; 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
She is survived by sons, Tom Turner (Linda), Michael Brown (Vickie), Aaron Brown (Susie); daughter, Cynthia Cross (Bobby); 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul Odum (JoAnn), Homer Odum, Jack Odum (Geneva).
Eva loved to paint, and loved flowers, she grew some of the most beautiful flowers in her gardens.
A special thank you to Alive Hospice and Kempton Assistant Living for the great care that they gave our mother, Eva.
Visitation will be held at Victory Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 9:30-11:00 am, Service will be at 11:00 am with Brother Chuck Groover officiating.
The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Breast Cancer Awareness.
