The City of Mt. Juliet has named Alecia Armstrong its July Employee of the Month for her work as a Crime Analyst with the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
Armstrong was recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to supporting the department’s work. Through crime analysis, she helps identify crime trends, provide intelligence to officers, and assist with decisions about where resources are needed.
The city also praised Armstrong for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to accuracy and public safety.
