The City of Lebanon is conducting a Special Census to update the population data and is halfway to the goal.
Here’s the good news: no one will knock at your door if you go to the Special Census Link here.
This Special Census will be used to accurately adjust the census numbers, allowing the City to receive the appropriate tax distribution from the State of Tennessee.
Lebanon is part of the Nashville Metropolitan Statistical Area, and every extra dollar from the state would help finance all the city departments and provide additional services to Lebanon residents.
