November 20, 2023 – On 11/13/2023, a case was presented to the Wilson County Grand Jury in reference to allegations of child abuse at the Owl’s Nest daycare that was initially reported to the Lebanon Police Department on 8/21/2023.
Charges were returned for Rosa Payne (24) of Lebanon for the offense of Child Abuse/ Neglect and for Kelly Morency (39) of Lebanon for Failure to Report Child Abuse.
Both subjects have been arrested and are currently out on bond pending their initial court appearance.
