Steve Garston Bowhannon, age 77 of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Vanderbilt-Wilson Hospital in Lebanon.
Born Nov. 6, 1946, he was the son of the late George and Ulla Barnes Bowhannon and was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Swafford Bowhannon; a son, Everette Bowhannon and granddaughter, Justina; sisters, Gladys Marie Key and Robbie Bowhannon.
Steve is survived by his children, Steven and Robbie Bowhannon and Cindy (Bobby) Key; grandchildren, Everette Bowhannon, Jr., Brittney Bowhannon, Justin Bowhannon, Destiny and Thomas Key; sisters, Carolyn Cooper and Georgia Louise Gill and a brother, William Bowhannon.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Dusty Desimone officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time on Tuesday. Interment will be at Wilson Co. Memorial Park in Lebanon. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
