Skye Autumn Overstreet was a light in the dark for all who met her. Born March 3, 2010 in Hermitage TN. Skye faced life’s challenges with a strength and grace that inspired those around her. Skye was a warrior who fought every day, though you’d never know it based on her smiles and giggles that were like magic.
Skye had a great love for music and danced her way through life. With her vast range of favorites, her disco ball spinning, and family singing and dancing alongside her. Skye created an empire of love and adoration.
On May 31, 2026, Skye met her great papa, Jim Alford, great granny, Linda Wise, great nana, Linda Hartman, and great nanny Linda Fanning, in Heaven. Skye left behind her parents, Freddie Overstreet and Rebecca Overstreet as well as her 3 siblings, only 2 of whom she knew, Timothy Joel and Wynter Grace, great-grandparents Ruth Alford and Tom Wise, grandparents Jenifer Wise (Troy Sawyer), Steve and Shannon (Wise), Cindy and David (Adams), Fred and Tresa (Overstreet), aunt and uncle Candis and Richie Gurda, and cousins Khloe Draper and Evan Hendrixson, and many other beloved extended family and friends.
Skye consumed the attention from everyone around her and responded back with pure love and smiles that could liven any situation. The world is a much dimmer place without her.
