Sandra Ann Lewis-Farley, age 77 of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
She was preceded in death by parents, John and Christine Lewis and brother, John C. Lewis.
Survived by son, Lewis (Brandi) Farley; granddaughter, Quinn Farley; brother, Richard R. (Debra) Lewis; nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Sandra was a 1964 graduate of Lebanon High School where she was the class valedictorian. She spent over 40 years in education and loved to travel. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Partlow Funeral Chapel, 233 West Main St. from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023.
