Peggy Cleibron Bay left this earth on August 2nd, 2024.
Survived by two Children, Kevin (Carole) Bay and R. Kerry (Heather) Bay. Six Grandchildren: Krista (Erik) Bullington, Erica (Brandon) Guess, Brittany Bay, Richard (Alexandria) Bay, Jord’n Bay, and Cordell Bay. Eight Great Grandchildren and numerous Cousins.
Preceded in Death by Spouse Charley Howard Bay, Parents Corky and Kathleen Cleibron, Aunts Bonnie Sykes and Georgia Paschal, a very special Grandmother Bertha Ashley Nixon, and a brother like Cousin Tom Byron Nixon.

Peggy was blessed to have a neighbor, Tony DeMatteo, who made her feel secure and was a great friend.
Peggy would like to recognize Maria Costello for her help as a caretaker and good friend.
Peggy’s independent soul was brimming with faith, passion and enthusiasm for life. When around her, she became infectious. She inspired others to embrace the passion they felt and bend to understand the unknown. Her strength was love, her zest was life, both driving her to caress countless friends, family, clubs, organizations, and communities within her 85 years upon this earth. She changed so many lives without them knowing she was even there.
Visitation will be held Sunday, August 4th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 South Cumberland St. Lebanon, TN).
Active pallbearers will be Mark Tanzer, Erica Nicole Guess, Brittany Leigh Bay, Richard William Bay, Jord’n Dale Bay and Charles Cordell Bay. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony DeMatteo, Bill Bryson, Bill House, Gordon Gill and Gary Enzfelder. Bro. Wayne Miller and Bro. Todd Elliot to officiate the services.
