Mary Horvath, age 85, passed away on May 24, 2026. She will be inurned in her home state of Pennsylvania at a later date.
Mary Andrea Prelee Horvath was born in Sharon PA to Anne Masters Prelee and Andrew Prelee. She received her bachelor’s in education and enjoyed a long career as a teacher. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and family. Her trivia knowledge was amazing. Dogs were her best friends. Most of all, she enjoyed her family and being a part of their lives.
Mrs. Horvath is survived by her son Jay (Lori) Horvath, grandchildren Travis, Holden, and Sophia Horvath, and great-grandchild Eleanor Horvath. She is preceded in death by husband Albert John Horvath, parents Anne and Andrew Prelee, and brother Joseph Prelee.
