Juanita Ashley age 66 of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday evening, March 6, 2024 at her residence.
Born July 3, 1957 in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late James Ray Stafford and Wilma Jean Proffitt and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kenneth Ashley; son, Jamie Forsyth and daughter, Lori Alexander.
Juanita attended Lebanon High School and was employed at the Cracker Barrell Distribution Center.
She is survived by her son, Rob Ashley and his wife, Deidre; daughter-in-law, Julie Forsyth; grandchildren, Raelynn and Oakley Ashley, Maddux and Easton Forsyth, Christopher (Madison Sturm) Alexander and Emmalee Alexander; great-grandson, Bridges Alexander and a sister, Teresa Bentley.
