Joe Don “J.D.” Hall Jr. age 87 of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024 at his residence.
Born July 25, 1937, he was the son of the late Joe Don Hall Sr. and Bonnie Judkins Hall and was preceded in death by a son, Michael Don Hall; sister, Betty Jean Malone and brothers, James Thomas Hall and Jerrell Hall.
J.D. was a graduate of Liberty High School and was retired from telephone equipment sales and installation.
J.D. is survived by his wife of 66 years, Becky Keener Hall of Lebanon; daughter, Becky Jo (Lynn) Vantrease of Lebanon and sons, Steve (Marilyn) Hall of Tennessee Ridge and Pat (Cindy) Hall of Lebanon. Grandchildren, A.J. Hall, Holly (Ethan) Tummins, Joey Hall, Chris (Lauren) Vantrease, Stephanie (Matthew) Thorton, Danille Hall, Jaclyn (Matt) Sliger, Landon, Lynzie and Leigha Ross; great-grandchildren, Reagan, Olivia, Wilson, Gracie, Able, River, Caleb, Eli; brother, Bobby (Faye) Hall of Alexandria; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. David Haun officiating. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. till service time on Thursday. Interment at Jones Hill Cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
