Glenda Seay, age 66, walked into the arms of her Lord and Savior in Heaven on December 9, 2025. She leaves behind her husband of 34 years, Lillard Seay, sons Daniel (Courtney) Kirkendoll and Kawaii Vontain Seay, grandchildren McKenzie Shrum, Cole Kirkendoll, Ariana Gibson, Lamiracle Seay, Vontayshea Seay, and Kailan Seay, siblings Bobby (Tammy) Bowen, John (Brenda) Bowen, Rick Bowen-West, Randall (John Denmark) Bowen, and Deanna (Shannon) Harp, great-granddaughter Melody Crockett, many nieces and nephews, and fur baby Ralph.
Glenda Jean Bowen Seay was born in Lebanon TN to the late Lou Ada Ward Bowen and J E Bowen, Jr. Glenda was over the Shipping Department of Fortune Plastics for many years before transitioning to her job at the Lebanon High School Cafeteria. She loved working in the cafeteria for all of the more than 15 years she was there. Naturally, cooking was her love language at home too. Tending her flower gardens brought almost as much fulfillment as providing food. Glenda attended the Adams Avenue Church of Christ for the last five years. Her faith was very important to her.
