Emil George Gebhardt, IV, of Lebanon, passed away on January 28th, 2024, at the age of 80.
George was born in Nashville, on August 21st, 1943, to the late Emil George Gebhardt, Ill and Mary Ruth Jones Gebhardt.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ruth Gebhardt Gaynor.
George is survived by his wife of 58 years, Nancy Hammer Gebhardt; daughter Karlee Gebhardt Rohr (Dave); son, Kent Gebhardt (Chris); granddaughters Ariane Rohr Daugherty (Chris) and Bela Gebhardt; grandsons, Spenser Rohr and Hugh Gebhardt; great-granddaughter, Iris Daugherty; brother, Allen Gebhardt (Linda) and sister, Roberta Gebhardt Rogers.

e graduated from Donelson High School in 1961 and Tennessee Tech University in 1965 with a degree in Sociology. George was a long-time businessman and owned several businesses in the area. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lebanon and a member of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club since 1989.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 2nd at Partlow Funeral Chapel (233 West Main St. Lebanon, TN 37087) from 4 p.m – 7 p.m. Visitation will be continued on Saturday, February 3rd from 10 a.m until service time at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Lebanon (304 West Main St., Lebanon, TN 37087).
