The City of Mt. Juliet has recognized Brent Schaffer, a foreman with Public Works, as its May Employee of the Month.
According to the city, Schaffer was selected for his work ethic, dedication, and continued commitment to serving Mt. Juliet residents. Officials said he is known for going above and beyond expectations, often identifying and addressing issues before they are reported and taking initiative to resolve problems on his own time.
City leaders also praised Schaffer’s proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to assist whenever needed, noting that his efforts help improve services for residents and support the Public Works team.
The recognition was sponsored by US Community Credit Union, and city officials thanked Schaffer for his continued service to Mt. Juliet.
