September 29, 2023 – The Lebanon Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
Julissa Escobar-Mendez, 16, was last seen on the morning of Sept. 29th, around 7 a.m. wearing a black shirt and blue jeans with holes.
