April 30, 2024 – The Lebanon Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Kelsey Vowell.
She was last seen in the area of West High Street Monday, April 29th.
Kelsey has dark red hair and was last seen wearing a dark sweatsuit and possibly a black bonnet.
