Two female entrepreneurs have joined forces to bring Lucky Rabbit Candy Shop to East Nashville. Co-owners Allison Holley of Apple & Oak and Camille Alston of N.B. Goods dreamt up a nostalgic and approachable concept taking prime real estate at 703 Porter Road, Nashville.Lucky Rabbit Candy Shop will be a micro shop corner store offering classic and current pre-packaged candy and sodas joining both Holley and Alston’s businesses at the Shops at Porter East.

“My parents owned a candy shop when I was little, so I grew up helping them in the store, it’s in my DNA”, says Holley. “We wanted to create something that will add to the community and shopping center that is fun for all ages. This is everything from your childhood you know and love, nothing fancy.”

“Everyone has a candy memory, and our goal is to create a timeless and accessible shop that will trigger core memories,” says Alston. “We want people to come in and show their kids candy they had growing up in their childhood. It’s going to be multi-generational fun and we hope that people of all ages enjoy exploring it.”

In addition to seasonal favorites and local Nashville sweets, the brightly painted 240 sq. foot space will offer a variety of merch, foreign sodas, and nostalgic candy that you can’t find elsewhere in Nashville. Gluten free and vegan options will also be available. The pair is known for their community involvement and tapped East Nashville-based branding company Studio Delger for their logo design. Lucky Rabbit Candy Shop will open to the public on October 21, 2023 and will be operating daily starting at 11 AM.

Hours of operation for the store will be Monday 11am-4pm, and Tuesday-Sunday 11am-7pm.
