Wilson County Schools and Lebanon Special School District remain closed on Friday, February 21st, 2025 due to inclement weather.
WCS reports that they are still seeing some roads in the county that would be hazardous for school day travel tomorrow. The roads identified as non-satisfactory are scattered throughout the county and not isolated to one particular area. This morning’s added snowfall has contributed to these conditions as well.
Also, the National Weather Service has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for Wilson County on Friday morning. Wind chill values could fall to near or even below zero for an extended amount of time. That advisory starts at midnight tonight and expires at 10 AM Friday.
Kids Club will operate on their inclement weather plan and all 12-month employees should report.
For Lebanon Special School District families, SACC will be open and operating on Snow Schedule.
