Due to heavy rain overnight and ongoing rainfall this morning, street-level flooding is occurring throughout the Mt. Juliet community. The Mt. Juliet Fire Department is urging all residents to stay home if at all possible and avoid travel until conditions improve.
Flooding can be unpredictable and dangerous.
If you must drive, please exercise extreme caution, avoid flooded areas, and never attempt to drive through standing water.
