The Lebanon City Council approved on first reading at the Tuesday, March 19 meeting, the bids and awarded contract for the bridge replacement on Winwood Drive.
TDOT (Tennessee Department of Transportation) determined the bridge needed to be replaced during a regular bridge safety assessment.
The $500,000 project will completely close Winwood Drive during the summer, avoiding the added school bus disruption. Please note the specific construction dates (when made available) and plan your alternate routes.
Since this is a main thoroughfare for many, the City of Lebanon will post updates for residents on the construction timeline.
