Join The Movement Lounge will be leading pet owners and some of the sweet seniors of OFSDS through a gentle flow yoga session this weekend Dogs and people alike love this event If you are interested in joining us please register using the link below. The class is $35 for non-members (of The Movement Lounge). Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a water. Extra mats will be available if needed. Attendees will be invited to stay after class for a tour of the OFSDS Facility!
