Come explore the largest and most diverse reptile expo in the country. Whether you’re a longtime reptile lover, an aspiring keeper, or just curious, this event is the perfect place to explore the amazing world of exotic animals.

Every 30 minutes, there will be a FREE Family Activity with a sunflower theme.

3Turkish Mosaic Lamp Class
Saturday, February 28

The Basement Marketplace
14625 Lebanon Road, Suite F, Old Hickory
Create a unique Turkish mosaic lamp. You’ll get to choose between rainbow or blue. Designs are offered, but creating your own pattern is always fun.
All materials will be supplied. Class takes about 2.5 – 3 hours. Food and drink are welcomed, but please keep in mind that glue will be on hands.
This event is for those 16 and older.

Whether you’re trying a brand‑new skill, getting back into drawing, or looking to take your art to the next level, this beginner‑friendly class will guide you through the fundamentals of pencil drawing. You’ll learn how to use different types of pencils, how to apply them effectively, and will come away with a better understanding of shading, values, and contrast to bring your artwork to life.
You’ll pick between two guided drawing paths:
• 1:1 Grid Pencil Drawing – Copy your image square‑by‑square while using a gradient chart to match values and build accuracy.
• Graphite Self‑Portrait – Tone your page with powder, then use your eraser to pull out highlights while drawing in shadows and details for a dramatic, realistic effect.
Includes pencil pouch, drawing pad, folder to keep drawings, and high quality pencil.
