Sumner Fest at The City by the Lake is Sumner County’s premier hot air balloon festival. Nestled on the shoreline of Old Hickory Lake, Sanders Ferry Park is the idyllic backdrop for a celebration filled with food, fun, and non-stop entertainment. Hot air balloons will color the sky and provide breath-taking aerial views of the surroundings. There will also be tethered hot air balloon rides available. The entertainment stage will echo sounds across the lake and the Kid Zone will keep little ones busy until the sun goes down. With dozens of vendors and food trucks, everyone will enjoy a night at Sumner Fest.

2Kiwanis 4 Kids 5K

Come join the Kiwanis Club of Mt Juliet for the 3rd Annual Kiwanis 4 Kids 5K presented by Two Rivers Fords. Help make the Kiwanis 4 Kids 5K a huge success!! Sponsorship levels available as well as the 5K. Packet pick up will be at the race-on-race morning at 6am. If you need to register on the day of the race, signups are available but possibly no shirt options. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.

Join librarians Sally Robertson and Amy Wilson for a books and bikes morning of learning and fun. Their riding librarians will teach you the rules of the road on the course at Eagle Park as well as introduce you to an age-appropriate book. 5Sensory Friendly Play at Urban Air

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
Join the trampoline park on the first Sunday of each month from 9:00-11:00am for Sensory Friendly Jump Time at Urban Air! This will be a special morning event where staff will make the park sensory-friendly for special needs children. Just $8.00 for kids and their siblings with parents or caregivers admitted free.
