This gardening/seed exchange held by the Wilson County UT Extension for Agriculture will be discussing differences between cool and warm season vegetables. They will also share some tips on their favorite cultivars and when to plant them in Wilson County

42024 BOAA Golf Classic

Saturday, April 13, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Hermitage Golf Course

Proceeds of the Golf Tournament will benefit the BOAA Scholarship Endowment, which funds Scholarships to students enrolled at Tennessee State University. Tickets will include green fees, cart and catered lunch. Prizes and awards presentations immediately following round, during lunch.

5Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival

The Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival is a family-friendly celebration of spring and Japanese culture highlighting include traditional and contemporary Japanese music and dance, a roving “Candyman,” martial arts demonstrations, art, anime, children’s activities, sumo-suit wrestling, a Cosplay Contest, the annual Pups in Pink Parade and a variety of Japanese cuisine featuring special menus from some of Nashville’s favorite food trucks.
