Wilson County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Man Wanted on 12 Charges

The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Jakob Alan Cox, who is wanted on a series of charges.

Cox, 28, is wanted for the following:

• Aggravated Domestic Assault
• Evading Arrest – vehicle
• Reckless Endangerment – deadly weapon involved
• Interference with Emergency Calls
• Coercion of Witness
• Evading Arrest – vehicle (second charge)
• Leaving the Scene of an Accident (property damage)
• Driving While License Revoked
• Reckless Endangerment – deadly weapon involved (second charge)
• Reckless Driving
• Evading Arrest

Violation of Probation (domestic assault & violation of order of protection)

Authorities urge anyone who has information on Cox’s whereabouts to contact the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office at 615-444-1412 ext. 3.
