UPDATE: The infant injured in this crash has died from his injuries, according to a family member’s Facebook post. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family.
Two teenagers were killed and an infant was hurt during a crash in Wilson County on March 19, 2023, according to WSMV.
It happened around 1 p.m. on the 4200 block of Old Murfreesboro Road.
WSMV reports that 19-year-old Toby Lackey was driving in the northbound lanes before entering a right curve when he crossed the center line. The vehicle then lost control and struck a tree.
Lackey and passenger Cali Minor, 19, both died in the crash. THP stated they were not wearing seat belts.
An infant, who was in the back seat of the car in a child restraining device, suffered injuries in the crash.
The infant was 5 month old child of the co u ple who died .he sustained a inedible major injuries and was taken off life support Tuesday in which he has also passed away god bless them all
