Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Lebanon

February 8, 2024 – On Wednesday, Lebanon PD’s Flex unit began to investigate tips related to drug activity at 212 Whitepine Drive in Lebanon.

Once officers arrived, they made contact with Larry Hancock who tried to conceal a small amount of crack cocaine in a nearby vehicle. Officers were allowed to enter the home and made contact with Elda Flores inside.

Within plan view, the officer observed more crack cocaine and scales. The Narcotics unit responded and obtained a search warrant. During the course of the search warrant, officers found more crack cocaine, several Gabapentin pills, a large amount of cash, scales, and a .22 caliber rifle.

Larry Hancock and Elda Flores are being charged with possession of Schedule II for resale, multiple counts of simple possession, drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony.
