Stolen Car, Drug Paraphernalia Found in Lebanon

March 25, 2024 – On Monday afternoon, SafeNet alerted officers to a Dodge Ram with a stolen tag out of Lexington, Tennessee. Cpl. Miller quickly located the vehicle at Thornton’s on HWY 109 and detained the driver.

Through an investigation, officers determined that the Dodge Ram had also been stolen from Nashville. A search of the vehicle revealed a significant amount of drug paraphernalia.

The driver, a 36-year-old man from Nashville, had multiple outstanding warrants in Nashville. He is now facing charges for two counts of possession of stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. We appreciate the swift work of our officers, and we’re grateful for technology to aid our officers in keeping our community safe.
