Robby Burton, of Lebanon, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Ray Burns is 2 p.m. Monday, May 17, 2021 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-8 p.m. and on Monday from noon until the service at 2 p.m. Honorary Pallbearers are close friends and family that Robby called his “Brothers” JD Rogers, Kevin Rogers, Timothy Stubblefield, Trey Talbot, Jeremy Wheeler, Brian Tienter, Jackson Tienter, Blake Mundy and Jacob Ackley.
Robert Leslie Burton II was born in Madison TN on August 22, 1989 to Lisa Allen and Robert Leslie Burton. Robby was a 2007 Graduate of Beech High School in Hendersonville, TN where he played Varsity Football. His teammates and friends called him “Big Burton”. He enjoyed sports and was an athlete growing up playing little league baseball and football in Old Hickory, TN. He was a big Titans fan, Predators fan, Braves fan, and Vanderbilt fan. He loved his wife Danielle and his twin boys unconditionally along with the rest of his family and friends. He enjoyed being with family and friends. He was a lovable guy. He knew how to put a smile on people’s faces.
He is survived by his loving wife Danielle Dillard Burton and twin boys Ian Nash Burton & Grayson Wyatt Burton, mother Lisa Burton, two sisters Mandy & Heather Burton, father-in-law Jimmy Dillard, sister-in-law Nicole (Brian) Tienter, and niece and nephew Hannah & Jackson Tienter. He is preceded in death with his father Robert Leslie Burton, grandparents Carl & Ruby Allen, Carolyn Reed & Reginald Moulton, and mother-in-law Evelene Dillard.
Robby got to do a final walk to end his journey here on earth as he was an Organ Donor. He was able to provide life to others and their families. His legacy as a “Hero” in his children’s, family, and friends’ eyes will never be forgotten. Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, 615.444.9393.
