Ribbon Cutting: Central Star Pilates in Lebanon

Central Star Pilates held its ribbon cutting on April 20, 2023, at 300 N. Maple St. Suite 4-125 in Lebanon Tennessee.

Central Star Pilates is a traditional Pilates studio located at The Mill at Lebanon. The studio is independently owned and equipped with Gratz apparatus. The studio offers customized private Pilates sessions, innovative semi-private sessions, small group equipment, and mat classes. All sessions and classes are taught by certified instructors on custom Gratz Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, and other apparatus.
