On Saturday, August 21, 2021, once again, disaster ravaged our neighboring counites of Dickson, Hickman, Houston, and Humphreys counties with catastrophic flooding.
These types of disasters impacted our communities – causing some to lose homes and businesses. Despite these disasters, the people of middle Tennessee prevailed to build a stronger region. In times of devastation and loss it’s more important than ever for Realtors to support the community.

If your primary residence* in Dickson, Hickman, Houston, and Humphreys counties was affected by the flash-flooding in Tennessee in August 2021, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from the National Association of Realtors Relief Foundation (RRF).
The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. Please view/download the application form HERE. *The RRF relief is for residences only, not businesses. The deadline is October 31, 2021.
