The Lebanon Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Tequila Bates.
Tequila was last seen and known to be at Evolve Addiction at 1432 W. Main St. in Lebanon, TN. Last known contact was with Tequila’s sister on 7/3/23. She left Evolve Addiction Treatment and may be in the Murfreesboro area.
Tequila is supposed to be taking medication but has stopped taking it.
