Michael Nicholson, age 34, of Lebanon TN, passed away on December 6, 2025. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 5 p.m.–7 p.m.
William Michael Nicholson was born in Nashville TN to Janie Marie Nicholson and Tony Newton. He had a love for the outdoors where he enjoyed rock climbing and hiking as well as just being outside. Music was the soundtrack of his life. Michael served as a Police Officer for 10 years, 7 of those were in Lebanon, then he answered the call of the road and worked in trucking, mainly hauling fuel. Once the children were born, Michael spent a lot more time with the family.
Michael leaves behind wife of 7 years, Amara Midtlyng, children Winter and Warren, mother Janie Nicholson, father Tony Newton, brothers Jonathan (Ashley) Nicholson and Christopher Fuller, nephew and nieces Matthew, Lilly, and Hazel, and grandmother JoAnn Nicholson. He is preceded in death by grandfather William Nicholson.
