Tommy Allen Taylor, age 54 of the Statesville Community, passed away on Saturday morning, Aug. 10, 2024 at his residence.
Tommy was a 1987 graduate of Watertown High School, he and his wife, Garnette owned and operated the Statesville Market and operated Taylor Heating and Air for many years.
Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Taylor in 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Garnette Frazier Taylor; daughter, Leighanna (Joseph) McCutcheon; grandchildren, Piper Taylor, Cylus, Charlee and Kayne McCutcheon; his mother, Ann Ferguson and brother, Ronnie Taylor all of Statesville; his father and mother-in-law, Garlon and Ann Frazier of Liberty; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Hunter Hay and Bro. Michael Hale officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. till service time on Wednesday. Interment will be at Salem Cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
