Sheri Townsend age 51 of Cottontown, TN, passed away June 24, 2026.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Carolyn Kiteley; brother, Douglas Kiteley and father in law, Dennis Townsend.
She is survived by husband, Darren Townsend; Children: Savannah Pallotti, Cheyenne Pallotti and Austin Pallotti; Grandchildren: Hazel Grace and Reva Grace; Step-children: Dallas Townsend, Cassandra Townsend and Drayden Townsend; Sister, Lori (Scott) Schock; Nieces: Alyssa Schock and Brianna (Tyler) Gifford; Mother-in-law, Mary Guerin.
Sheri was a graduate of Chippewa Valley High School in Michigan. She worked as a deli clerk at Publix. While living in Lebanon, she also worked at K-Mart. Sheri enjoyed spending time with her family, especially sitting together on the couch visiting and talking. She loved watching football with her husband and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and enjoyed watching NASCAR. Sheri loved to cook and bake and was always willing to try something new in the kitchen. She was fond of traveling, especially vacationing in Pigeon Forge. On one of her most recent trips to Chattanooga, riding the train was a highlight. Sheri will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the joy she found in life’s simple moments.
Visitation for Mrs. Sheri will be held on Monday, June 29, 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Partlow Chapel. Chaplain Shreim Huh will officiate the services. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family & friends will serve as active pallbearers.
