Shawna Bowen – Sanders – age 52 passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. She was preceded in death by husband, David Michael Sanders Jr.; and paternal grandparents, Clifford and Wilma Allison.
Survived by parents, Mike and Mary Ann Allison; children, Megan (Anthony) Dodd, Jeremy (Hailey) Bowen, Josh (Jordan) Bowen, Clayton Sanders, and Gannon Sanders; stepdaughter, Chelsea (Nathan) Allen; grandchildren, Emma and Haven Faye Dodd, Carter Matney, Haven, Kensley, Hensleigh and Layla Bowen; step grandchildren, Iverson and Foxx Allen; brothers, Shawn Allison, Joe Allison, Tony Allison, Chris Tomlinson, and Tommy Tomlinson; father-in-law, Mike (Cyndy) Sanders; and mother-in-law, Donna (Tommy) Jones.
Shawna worked at TTC Truck Driver Training School for many years and was a sales representative for several HVAC companies. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. Her love, kindness, and unwavering strength will be a part of the legacy that will forever live in the hearts of those she loved.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at Partlow Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Chris Lackey will officiate the services. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
