Perry Walter “Butch” Fitzpatrick, Jr. age 55 of Lebanon died Monday evening, Nov. 17, 2025 at Vanderbilt-Wilson Hospital in Lebanon.
He was born May 6, 1970 in Trenton, NJ and was a graduate of Lebanon High School and served in the U.S. Navy. Butch was employed in the dairy and produce department at Target.
He was a gentle soul with a wonderful outlook on life and his family meant everything to him.
Butch is survived by his parents, Perry Walter Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Ellen Griffith Fitzpatrick; his sister, Kim (Shane) Nixon; niece, Caitlin (Ricky) Watson and their children, Connor and Peyton; special uncle, Ted Zeigler and aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will gather at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home to remember Butch and celebrate his life. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon.
In lieu of flowers, please remember Butch with a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society.
