Patricia Mitchell Wells, age 79 of Lebanon TN, passed away on October 27, 2025. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 1 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Wilson County Memorial will follow the service. Pallbearers: Nathan Vinson, Cameron Sorrell, Kaden Kinney, Perry Wells, Timmy Wells, and Chad Mitchell. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from noon until the service at 1 p.m.
Patricia Paulette Mitchell Wells was born in Lebanon TN to Earnest Pauline Gulley Mitchell and Morris Mitchell. She married her sweetheart, Danny Wells, and together they had a fulfilling life. Mrs. Wells retired from the Accounting Department of Cracker Barrel. She enjoyed fishing with Danny, and collecting porcelain dolls. She was a Tennessee Vols fan until Danny converted her to the Alabama Crimson Tide. Roll Tide!
Mrs. Wells is survived by her husband of more than 50 years, Danny Wells; sister Jenny (Delmaine) Vinson, brother Chris (Susan) Cox, step-brother James (Paula) Cox, sister-in-law Patty Mitchell, brother-in-law Greg Atnip, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents Pauline Cox and Morris Mitchell, step-father Tommy Cox, brother Jimmy Mitchell, and sister Penny Atnip.
