Patricia Faye Burgess of Carthage, TN passed away December 30th, 2024 at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her late husbands Bobby Burgess and Ronnie Johnson; parents, John L and Doshia Morrow; daughter, Rhonda Johnson; Granddaughters, Kaelyn and Faythe Hodges; siblings, Doug, Lou, Charlotte and David.
She is survived by her children, Ron (Melanie) Johnson, Amanda (Joseph) Hodges, Greg (Holly Stiles) Benderman and Sarah Blevins; grandchildren, Jereme, Chelsea, Christian, Amelia, Russell, Willow, Devin, Carleigh, Genesis and Victoria; siblings, Charlie Morrow, Harold (Helen) Morrow and Mary (Billy) Whited and many loving nieces, nephews and family members.
Patricia was a loving mother, devoted foster parent, and a friend to all who knew her. Patricia found joy in her flower garden and crocheting, and she had a heart full of kindness. Her home was always open to children in need, and she was a constant source of support to her own children and their friends. Patricia’s warmth and generosity touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 6 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Pastor David Calhoun will conduct the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward Patricia’s funeral arrangements.
