Patricia Ann Hayes, age 74 of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Mrs. Hayes was born on August 23, 1949, in Nashville, Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Gary Hayes; and parents, William and Ann Johnson.
She is survived by her daughters, Melissa (Robert) Rollins and Tonya (Marty) Potts; 4 Grandchildren, Matthew (Kristen) Hayes, Allyson (Josh) Smith, Joey Hayes, and Zoe Hayes; 4 great-grandchildren, Addyson Smith, Harper Smith, Bo Hayes, and Palmer Hayes; sister, Betty Johnson; and brothers, Ronnie Johnson and Thomas Johnson; and numerous in-laws, friends, and family.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 15th at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Brother Danny Sellars. The Interment will follow the service at 3:30 at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14th from 4-8 pm and on Friday, September 15th from 12pm until service time at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet.
Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Hayes.
