Emmie ‘Myrtle’ Jackson, age 81 of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away July 28, 2021.
Myrtle was preceded in death by parents, Harris and Bertie Jackson; brother, Aubrey Jackson; sister, Audrey Knight; and nephews, Aubrey “Bubba” Flatt and Dennis Luper.
She is survived by sister, Joyce (Jerry) Luper; nieces, Kathy (Kevin) Hummel, Barbara (Jason) Stewart, and Kim Knight; nephews, Stevie (Jenny) Luper, Anthony (Nicole) Knight, and Walter (KC) Knight; 7 great-nephews; and 6 great-nieces.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, August 1st at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Danny Sellars officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Stevie Luper, Jason Stewart, Kevin Hummel, Brandon Hummel, Peyton Stewart, and Ryan Luper serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 31st from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Sunday, August 1st from 12:00 pm until time of service.
