Martha Judkins – age 81 of Lebanon passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
She was preceded in death by parents, Presley and Katherine Russell; husband of 56 years, Joe Judkins; and son, Scotty Judkins.
Martha is survived by her loving children, Steve (Carlene) Judkins, Sandy (Hank) Watkins, Susan (Eric) Carr, and Shane (Brittany) Judkins; grandchildren, Jennifer (Anthony) Byrd, Kristin (Drew) Mason, Matthew (Maggie) Watkins, Addy Judkins and Logan Judkins; great-grandchildren, Hannah Pratt, Liam Mason, Jace Mason, and Colton Watkins; brother, Carl (Kay) Russell; sister-in-law, Joyce (Jerry) Bradshaw; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
She found great joy in caring for her family and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who were truly the light of her life. A longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Martha’s faith guided her daily life. She worked for many years as a school cafeteria worker, where she greeted every child with a smile. Her kindness, patience, and love for others touched countless young lives.
Martha loved cooking and was known for her homemade meals, canning, and beautiful garden. She found peace in simple pleasures like watching her favorite old television shows Leave It to Beaver, I Love Lucy, and The Waltons. Her life was one of service, love, and devotion – to her family, her church, and her community. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Partlow Funeral Chapel from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11 a.m. until the service. Interment will follow in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Drew Mason, Matthew Watkins, Anthony Byrd, Brandon Allison, Greg Allison, and Adam Judkins.
Honorary pallbearers will be Keith and Jerry Judkins.
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to The American Kidney Foundation or Hillcrest Baptist Church.
