Mamie Rose Hamlet, age 88 of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away on Monday morning, Oct. 2, 2023 at her residence.
Born Aug. 26, 1935 in Dickson, TN, she was the daughter of the late George Wallace Tucker and Eva Ophelia Tidwell Tucker and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Winter Hamlet and a daughter, Linda Gail Hamlet.
She is survived by her children, Charlene Bain, Terry Wayne Hamlet (Patricia), Patricia Barrett, Becky Vanatta (Tony), Charles Matthew Hamlet (Christy); grandchildren, Hobert James Horn, Michael and Davie Estes, Christopher Barrett, Craig Hamlet, Jeffrey and Eric Vanatta, Rhawnie Adler, Jonathon Bentley, Issac Hopper, Jonathan Pfingsten, Ashley Coile; brother, Benjamin Tucker; sisters, Joyce Govile and Delore Peoples; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. David Lawson officiating. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. till service time on Wednesday. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be at Hunter Memorial Park. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
